No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
We accept returns with original tags and packaging within 30 days of date of delivery. Final sale items are non-refundable.
Customer pays for return shipping. You may purchase a pre-paid label or ship with your own carrier. Since all items are custom-made to order, 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the product was delivered to your location. This timeframe is based on delivery date, not pick-up date or the date the package was opened.
Refunds and gift cards will be given once items have been received.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@arialatelier.com if the item is defective or damaged. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If we confirm a defect or damage caused by us, we’ll evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not cover damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items, special orders, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable.

Quality Assurance
All our jewelry pieces undergo thorough inspection before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. We check each piece for defects and craftsmanship to deliver the exceptional quality you expect. Due to its nature, the cord will wear if overstretched, removed aggressively, or pulled too hard. We use strong, durable materials, but this is not considered a defect. This does not apply to normal wear, customer damage, or buyer remorse. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Damages and Issues
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at hello@arialatelier.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with:
- Order name and number
- A brief description of the issue
- For clarification purposes - images and/or videos depicting the issue
If we receive your inquiry after 24 hours, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process or consider it. For approved returns, we will send you instructions via email.
Cancellations
No Cancellations After Ordering. We begin crafting your jewelry immediately upon order placement. Cancellations or changes are not possible once your order is submitted.
Shipping
- We ship only within the mainland U.S.
- All shipping fees (initial, return, or exchange) are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
Stolen or Lost Packages
Aria L'atelier will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Once your order ships with a tracking number, it’s out of our control. We’re not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a claim. No reimbursements will be provided for shipping issues beyond our control.
During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. We will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be shouldered by the customer.
Shipping Delays
All deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking.

All bracelets custom-made by Aria L'atelier come with a 1-year warranty. If the elastic in your bracelet breaks within one year of purchase, you can ship it back to us, and we will repair it free of charge. We will also cover the cost of return shipping to ensure your bracelet is back in your hands as good as new.
